We Cater for a Wedding, Luau Bar Mitzvah & Bat Mitzvah, Luau Theme Parties, Private Luau Themed Birthday Parties, Corporate Luau Picnics, and other events that would like to experience an Authentic Luau that no other event planning company or Local Caterer can produce for your event. We can provide food that is from Samoa, Hawaii, Tahiti, New Zealand, Tonga, Fiji, and fusion. We have created menus that are from each different island. We believe that we are the only company in California that can deliver a quality service to any event within any size. In order to maintain the quality and integrity of our catering, we can only provide Polynesian Food in Southern California. If you insist on hiring us to Cater for your city or State, you will have to be responsible for hiring our staff to prepare your food and pay for all traveling expenses that are necessary to make your Luau a success.
Naturally, the Polynesian menus have the influence from the Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Australian, French, and Portuguese immigrants that has settled within our Polynesian Islands. The term fusion is ideal for the Polynesian Culture for we embrace the diversity from our immigrants that has cohabitated within our islands.
